Have you watched Enola Holmes movie on Netflix yet? If not, I highly recommend it. I watched it with my mom a few weeks ago. Personally, I've never watched a Sherlock Holmes movie, but this is a spin off about his little sister...and her mother goes missing. And to avoid being sent to an all girls school with a really mean teacher, she runs away to try to find her mother on her own... What's cool about this movie--apart from being really funny--is that her mom loved riddles so she left all these clues for her daughter to follow in order to find her. There is a dash of romance when Enola comes a cross a young man who's running for his life. It's a cute movie that I think you would enjoy. So, if you were wondering what to watch next, give this one a try. 😊 Click here for the Enola Holmes Netflix page. Writing update...You would be happy to know I finally finished the first draft of my romantic comedy My Best Friend and the Honeymoon Game. Yay! It's book 2 in the Trouble in Love series. Now, I just need to go over it one more time and edit a few things, then it will go off the editor. As soon as I get that back, it will be sent to my awesome and supportive review team 😊 Now, about that secret project I've been working on... You might remember I started watching Once Upon a Time a little while back. I heard a few people say they didn't continue because it got too dark. So, naturally, I got to working on something super exciting... I started co-writing with the lovely Laura Burton a new series entitled Fairy Tales Reimagined. And it will be similar to the Once Upon a Time style where a lot of different fairy tale characters will interact and help each other find their happy endings. I'm excited about this series because it will have all the adventure and romance of fairy tales, but without the creepy witches and curses. I don't know about you, but black magic freaks me out. We just finished writing the first book in that series and I look forward to sharing more about that with you. But since you did not sign up to this list for fairy tale stories, we have a separate newsletter if you would like to get regular updates on that. You can sign up for that newsletter here. Or join our Facebook group here. Now... the cone of shame... Comments are closed.
